Is the first call free?
Yes. The call and the fixed price cost nothing, and you are under no obligation to go ahead.
Do I need to know exactly what I want?
No. Tell me what the business does and I will suggest what fits. “Not sure yet” is a perfectly good answer on the form.
How quickly will you reply?
Usually the same working day. I read every message myself, so there is no queue and no ticket number.
Do you only work in Devon?
No. I cover Exeter and East Devon in person. Anywhere else in the UK, we talk on a call.
What happens to my details?
I use them to reply to you, and that is all. No mailing list, no sales pitch. The form runs through Cloudflare, which also checks it for spam. The privacy notice has the full detail, including how to have them deleted.
